Quiet Sudoku support
Email [email protected] for help, feedback or a bug report.
For an issue, include your device model, operating system version, Quiet Sudoku version or TestFlight build, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help. Please leave out personal information and send a backup only if we ask for one.
Learning the controls
Open Settings and look under “A few helpful pages” for How to play and How scoring works. You can use pencil notes, turn Auto-notes on or off, and ask for an explained hint.
Playing offline
Daily puzzles, practice, saved games and history work without an internet connection. Daily comparison needs a connection, but you can keep playing when it is unavailable.
Saving or moving your notebook
Use the backup options in Settings to export a readable JSON file, then save it somewhere you control. Importing a backup replaces the current notebook, so export the current notebook first if you want to keep it. Backups are not encrypted by the app, and Quiet Sudoku does not provide automatic cloud sync.
Managing daily comparison
In Settings, turn off “Compare with other players” to stop future comparison requests. “Reset comparison identity” creates a new random ID for future results; it does not delete results already sent. See the privacy policy for details.
Before reinstalling
Export a backup first if the app still opens. Your notebook is stored on your device, and removing the app can remove that local data. Contact us before reinstalling if you need help protecting a saved game.
